Return and Refund Policy

Universal Goods products are made to order. Please check the product details, size, color, and delivery address before placing your order.

Problems with an order
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, if you receive the wrong item, or if your package is lost, email univgoods@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery for a missing package). Include your order number, a description, and clear photos of the issue when applicable. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement at no additional charge or a refund for the affected item. You usually do not need to return a damaged or incorrect item. If we request a return, we will send instructions and cover return shipping for a confirmed fulfillment or quality error.

Change of mind or wrong selection
Because items are made to order, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, or when the customer ordered the wrong size or color. An item that does not match what you ordered is an order error and is covered above.

Rights required by law
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law. If you have a statutory right to cancel or return your order, including any applicable cooling-off right, email us within the required period. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. For a non-defective return, you are responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires us to pay it. Please do not send anything to the address printed on your package without contacting us first.

Refunds
We will confirm when a refund is approved and initiate it to your original payment method within the time required by law. For other approved refunds, we will initiate payment within 10 business days of approval or receipt of a required return, whichever is later. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it. If you have not received an approved refund after 15 business days, email univgoods@gmail.com with your order number.
