These terms apply when you use universalgoods.net or purchase from Universal Goods. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Questions can be sent to univgoods@gmail.com.

Products and orders

Please review product descriptions, available colors and sizes, prices, shipping charges, and your order details before completing checkout. Product photographs and mockups illustrate the design and placement; screen settings and the printing process can cause minor color differences. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Products are made to order. Availability can change. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you about an alternative or a refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and payment details; it is not a promise that production or shipment has already occurred.

Prices, payment, and shipping

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. International import charges may be assessed separately as explained in our Shipping Policy. Changes to listed prices do not retroactively change the agreed price of an accepted order. Payment is processed through the payment services available at checkout.

Returns and cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy explains the process for damaged, defective, misprinted, or missing products and the limitations on voluntary returns of made-to-order goods. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation; production may prevent changes. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply regardless of these terms.

Appropriate use

Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person's information. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for protecting any account credentials.

Content and third-party services

Store content and product designs may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Purchasing a product does not grant a right to reproduce its design for resale. Third-party links and payment or platform services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices and available privacy choices. We may update these store terms prospectively and will post the updated date. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations, remedies, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
