Shipping policy

Made to order

Our products are made after you place your order. Production and shipping are separate stages. Most Printful orders are fulfilled within an estimated 2–5 business days, but production can take longer during busy periods or when an item requires additional attention. This estimate is not a guaranteed dispatch date.

Shipping rates and delivery

Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout. Shipping is not automatically free. Delivery time depends on the product, destination, shipping method, and carrier. Any delivery estimate includes or follows production as stated at checkout. Express shipping, when available, does not eliminate production time.

Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch. Carrier delays, customs processing, and address issues can affect delivery estimates.

Addresses and order changes

Please check your delivery address and selected size and color before ordering. Contact univgoods@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to request a correction. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins. We will explain any available options and costs before arranging a change or reshipment.

International orders

International availability is determined at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or handling charges may be assessed by the destination country; any charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier. Contact us if you need clarification before ordering.

Delayed, damaged, or missing orders

Email univgoods@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. For damaged, defective, misprinted, or lost shipments, please see our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.
